I'll help someone else plan it. I'm whipping up an event cache listing at the moment which I'll leave inactive and once we firm up a date i'll publish it.

What we need for it are coolers, cars/transportation, and folding tables. Keep in mind it's about a 3 hour drive or train ride from the city.

i might be wrong but, it seems that paulo and hukilaulau are going to set up stations to help with people with gc.com, connecting their GPSr to their computers and how to cache paperlessly.

we're going to need some tables and a stakeless screen house. anyone have one?

I think we should find someplace in Westchester for the next meet and greet. Getting down to Ridgewood via car can be a pain in the ass and last time we did something it was in the city. Maybe we can find some place right off of either the New Haven Line or the Harlem Line of metro-north? Bronxville...
