... and that shifting back and forth between the cache page information (CacheMate, etc.) and the GPSr mode was a somewhat frustrating process. I still cache paperlessly, but I bring the two gadgets instead of one (GPSr and my phone with the caching software).

Still working on it. I can't say for sure, but I feel like I'm between 80-90% of the way there. I've had at least one major Aha! moment, but obviously there is still work to be done. Haven't really picked it up and hacked ...

It appears that groundspeak was upset enough about the hullabaloo over this cache at the time that in addition to being archived, it's locked so that you can't enter any online logs at all (normally you can log archived caches, if you can figure out how to get to the cache pages)....

Does the log book or container list the gc.com waypoint? If so I don't see why you can't "adopt" the cache. You'd be surprised. I tried to adopt Logg Inn only a week or two after it had been archived, with the blessing of the original owner, and groundspeak said no (I wound up placing Snu...

Maybe "seE Y0u" is locked like this because it is available on TC? I think it's the other way around... Because groundspeak locked "seE YOu", splicingdan subsequently listed it on TC. At least, that's the way the logs and forum history seem to read. But you bring up a good point...
