Virtual Cache

I am relatively new to Geocaching and have a virtual cache question.

What am I looking for at a virtual cache?

A container, a clue or just visiting the site?

Any interesting obstacles to overcome when looking for a cac

I created a cache where the "seeker" has to cross a stream balancing on two logs:

Have you had to overcome an obstacle(s) to access an area where there is a cache?

Re: Any interesting obstacles to overcome when looking for a

Nope - this is my most recent and most difficult terrain-wise - "How's your balance?"

You'll have no problem finding "Siwanoy Trail #3" with your geocaching skills. :-)

Not Signing the Logbook

... job of writing in English than I ever would have in French. Nevertheless, it's required some deduction. Here's what I gather... The cacher was looking for Snug as a Bug in Central Park , our first hide. Although the GPSr was being difficult, he thinks he found the hiding spot - but there were ...

Re: Bridges, "Rock and Roll" (GC19FHX), "Handy Relief" (GC19NF1)

... you want to let it go, see if you're boxing against the wind and focus on other things, that's probably also worth a shot. (For those in general looking for an edgier game, don't rule out terracaching.com and navicache.com. Quite frankly, both are much cooler, and they push the envelope a heck ...

Re: Responsible muggles

... to the cache - but I was surprised that a muggle had claimed the FTF two or three weeks before publication! According to his log he had been out looking for mushrooms or moss or something along those lines (the memory, it fades with age) and stumbled across the ammo can (which was pretty well ...

Re: Conflicts with Hidden Stages

... room in your wallet for all the money... what a great problem to have! Yeah, that's true, and certainly from the finder's p.o.v. I guess I was looking at it from the perspective of the perplexed and frustrated new cacher trying to make an early hide. I'd like to do what I can to try to reel ...

Re: Conflicts with Hidden Stages

Re: But I'm not doing anything bad!

... sometimes politely approach people who seem a little uncomfortable and just flash the cache page printout and tell them I'm on a treasure hunt looking for clues and hopefully I'm not weirding them out too much (especially effective if I have one of the Munchkins with me). I don't usually even ...

Re: But I'm not doing anything bad!

Pretty sure that's ...

Re: I've Watched the Watchmen
