I am relatively new to Geocaching and have a virtual cache question.

What am I looking for at a virtual cache?

A container, a clue or just visiting the site?

8th Annual Manhattan Proto-Picnic Event

... Park caches still on your "to do" list, and have a snack and some icy cool beverages (out in the typically hot weather!) with your geocaching brethren, sisteren, and children! Saturday, August 11th from 1pm until 5pm at the Le Pain Quotidien next to the Sheep Meadow in Central Park.

Nope - this is my most recent and most difficult terrain-wise - "How's your balance?"

You'll have no problem finding "Siwanoy Trail #3" with your geocaching skills. :-)

Has anyone thought of or mentioned combining geocaching with orienteering where people would have to run to find a designated number of hides (let's say in a 10 square mile area) in the fastest time? I guess using a digital camera to show pics ...
