Re: GPSr and Software Help

I have a question for those versed in the backcountry dialect of Garmin. It's a problem that I believe mostly affects city cachers. I use a 60CSx, and one of my biggest problems with it is zooming in on an cache area in the city and getting overwhelmed by nonsense icons showing me where ...

Military Containers and Geocaching in NYC

... of the hat to Team Mumu, who pointed this out in a log for the New York Subway cache) This doesn't bode all that well for some of the materials cachers have traditionally employed - ammo cans and decon containers. They're military-style, you can't see what's in them, they're printed with scary ...

Re: May 10- WWFM--FLUSHING MEADOW

... camp right! I think a cross-post advertising approach would both (1) be better for the Metro - LIGO relationship, and (2) be a better service for cachers in the NYC / Long Island area. If I'm not way off base, would anyone mind if I reached out to Red5 about it? I made what I hope was a nice reply ...
